OUR HISTORY
In 1926, The Reisterstown Lumber Company (the former Glenn Morris Flint Mill) began serving the area with quality lumber and building materials. As the 20th century progressed, the company expanded its product and service offerings as our customers’ needs have grown. Today, The Reisterstown Lumber Company is so much more than just lumber, providing a wide range of products and services including steel fabrication, truss manufacturing, and some of the area’s finest custom doors and millwork.

	OWNERSHIP Rick and Rusty Forbes are third generation owners of the Reisterstown Lumber Co. Shortly after graduating from Columbia University and Brown Universtiy respectively, Rick and Rusty joined the family owned company. Today, they both play an active role in the operations of the company, and continue to hold the same values their fathers and grandfather instilled.	FACILITIES The Reisterstown Lumber Company is located on a 30 acre site in historic Reisterstown housing on-site truss manufacturing, steel fabrication, custom millwork facilities, and a design and engineering firm.
